1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and walker7 ("walker7," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the walker7 online gaming platform, website located at walker7.co, and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the walker7 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the walker7 Platform and must not register an account.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on walker7.co. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any game-specific rules or promotional terms, the game-specific or promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that specific game or promotion only.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the walker7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which you represent and warrant to be true at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines as governed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Walker7 strictly enforces this requirement and will not permit real-money gaming by any person under the age of 21. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing and using the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. Walker7 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are under any legal disability or limitation that would prevent you from entering into a contract, you may not use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on walker7. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory restriction on gambling on the walker7 Platform or any other gaming platform.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money gaming features, deposits, and withdrawals on walker7, you must complete account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. The following conditions apply:

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Walker7 reserves the right to request additional information at any time to verify your identity or the source of funds deposited to your account.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before real-money play, deposits, or withdrawals are permitted, you must successfully complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identity document. Acceptable documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), passport, or driver's license. Walker7 may also require a selfie photograph for biometric matching and, where required for compliance purposes, proof of address or source of funds documentation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your walker7 login credentials (email or mobile number and password). You must immediately notify walker7 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Walker7 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Creating more than one account, whether under the same or different identity, is strictly prohibited. Walker7 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and KYC cross-referencing to detect multi-accounting. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and balances forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Walker7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Walker7 does not accept cash deposits. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on walker7 is PHP 100. Minimum and maximum amounts for individual transactions may vary by payment method and account verification status. Walker7 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously verified and associated with your walker7 account. Walker7 will not transfer funds to accounts belonging to third parties. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes of request submission. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on business days are generally processed within the same business day. Walker7 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Walker7 is committed to full compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. Walker7 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds at any time. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law. Walker7 will not return deposits made with funds of illegal origin.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Walker7 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses offered on the Platform. Specific promotions will have their own detailed terms which are published alongside the relevant offer and which prevail over these general bonus terms.

• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms, failing which the Bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are available to individual Players for personal use only. Any evidence of Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — will result in Bonus forfeiture, and may result in account suspension.
• Walker7 reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus credited in error or in breach of applicable terms.
• Walker7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to Players.
• Employees and affiliates of walker7 are not eligible to participate in Bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the walker7 Platform — including live dealer games, slot games, RNG table games, and bingo — are subject to individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before wagering real money.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live games on walker7 utilize a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed within the game information panels. Walker7 does not manipulate RNG outputs and assumes no liability for outcomes that are inherent to the probabilistic nature of gambling.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios and are conducted by trained human dealers using physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice). Results of live dealer games are final once determined by the physical outcome and confirmed by the dealer. In the event of technical disconnection during a live game, the game result will be determined by the Platform's server records.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of any malfunction, error, or technical fault in any game, walker7 reserves the right to void all wagers and results attributable to the malfunction period. Walker7 will not be liable for any losses or winnings resulting from a system error or malfunction. Palpable errors in displayed odds, payouts, or game information are void regardless of whether bets have been accepted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the walker7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one account
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any unauthorized manner
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or walker7 staff via any communication channel
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or bypass security measures
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the integrity of the Platform or other Players' experience

8. Responsible Gaming

Walker7 is committed to responsible gaming and promotes a safe, controlled gambling environment for all Philippine players. The following provisions apply:

• Minimum Age: Access to all real-money gaming on walker7 is restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. This requirement is strictly enforced via mandatory KYC identity verification on all accounts.
• Self-Assessment: Players are encouraged to periodically assess their gambling behavior and consider whether gambling is remaining a recreational activity or becoming problematic.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their walker7 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits and Session Timers: Players may set session time reminders and loss limit thresholds accessible from account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion from the walker7 Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Walker7 will use reasonable endeavors to prevent self-excluded Players from accessing the Platform; however, walker7 accepts no liability for any gambling activity occurring during a self-exclusion period that results from access circumvention by the Player.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the walker7 Platform — including but not limited to the walker7 name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive property of walker7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the express prior written consent of walker7. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights or license to any intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• Walker7 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Walker7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including lost profits, loss of data, or gambling losses.
• Walker7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Walker7 shall not be liable for any technical failures, interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies caused by third-party service providers, including payment processors, internet service providers, or device manufacturers.
• Walker7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Walker7's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by the walker7 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at walker7.co/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Walker7 may share personal information with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

Walker7 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game or bonus rules
• Suspected fraud, cheating, collusion, or other prohibited conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that a Player is under the age of 21
• A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction
• Technical, security, or operational reasons

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, all bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not subject to forfeiture may be returned to the Player at walker7's discretion following completion of any required investigation. Walker7 is not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination where such action was taken for legitimate reasons under these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who believe their dispute involves a PAGCOR-licensed operation may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Walker7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on walker7.co with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, walker7 will endeavor to notify registered Players via email or account notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification or publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.
