12. Third-Party Services

Walker7 integrates with third-party services to deliver certain Platform features, including payment processing (GCash, PayMaya, Philippine banks), identity verification, and fraud detection. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service. Walker7 does not control the data practices of third-party providers and is not responsible for their privacy practices.

Walker7 conducts due diligence on all third-party service providers to verify that they maintain data protection standards appropriate to the nature of the personal information they process on walker7's behalf.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Walker7 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or Platform operations. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or account notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, where feasible.
